Juno Extrusion Die-Head

Juno is a compact die-head that Tecnomatic has developed for special multilayer pipes; up to five layers. It is a hybrid system of radial distributors with classical helical spiral ones, for the manufacturing of district heating pipes (up to 1.000 mm), with tie layers and EVOH barrier to prevent the diffusion of gas between the foam cells and the environment and to avoid the permeation of oxygen and nitrogen (air) from outside to inside..
