Italian company founded in 1977, in Bergamo (Lombardy region). The corporate structure is a limited company (Ltd), family run.

Started as a company in the mechanical sector, became a producer of PVC pipe heads in the beginning of the 80’s.

In the 90’s the company specialized in the production of big size PVC pipe heads reaching the size of 1.200mm; biggest ever manufactured in Europe.

In the meantime also the production of PE die-heads was started.

In the middle of the 90′ the company moved to a new industrial area, located near the international airport, and the first series of single screw extruders was designed and marketed.

In 1999 a new plant was opened. Located in the same area, it has been suited to show-room and testing area.

At the beginning of the new century Tecnomatic designed new extruders in 30 L/D, characterized by the latest technological solution of the time, and performance at the top market level.

Steady investments in R&D have allowed a constant technical growing which raised to company to be a major player in the field of the machines and lines for plastic pipes.

A new generation of die-heads to implement important technological features in order to reach the best pipes processing and to fit a wide range of materials at very high output.

Tecnomatic introduces in the market, state of the art machines, as the new series of gearless extruders ZEPHYR in L/D 40, featuring extremely low power consumption.

Not only standard lines but the business evolves and specialized project management unit is established, to deal with a wide range of request and tailor made projects.

Tecnomatic launches PIPE 4.0, the most up-to-date dedicated software in the market of plastic pipe production.
