Tecnomatic affirme son leadership dans l’industrie de l’extrusion plastique avec la livraison r\u00e9ussie d’une solution d’ing\u00e9nierie de pointe pour l’un des projets \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques les plus ambitieux au monde. La fourniture comprend deux lignes compl\u00e8tes pour le rev\u00eatement externe de tubes en acier isol\u00e9s de 30″, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 un pipeline strat\u00e9gique de transport de p\u00e9trole d\u00e9passant 1 500 km de longueur (environ 85 000 tubes), d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par de grands groupes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques internationaux.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 des standards du rev\u00eatement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans les projets de rev\u00eatement, les exigences techniques concernent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des couches de protection fines. Cependant, ce projet a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable saut technologique : la gestion d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) comprise entre 5 et 8 mm avec un d\u00e9bit de production constant d’environ 1 800 kg\/h.<\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9paisseur extr\u00eame est indispensable car la gaine en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) constitue la protection finale d’un syst\u00e8me multicouche complexe. Sous le PE, le tube est rev\u00eatu d\u2019un \u00e9poxy li\u00e9 par fusion (FBE) pour la protection anticorrosion, ainsi que d’une \u00e9paisse couche de mousse de polyur\u00e9thane rigide (PU) pour l’isolation thermique. Le rev\u00eatement en PE doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 avec une pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame afin d\u2019assurer une parfaite \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l\u2019isolation et de prot\u00e9ger le tube contre les contraintes m\u00e9caniques lors de l\u2019enfouissement dans des environnements difficiles<\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences, Tecnomatic a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une version sur mesure de la s\u00e9rie de t\u00eates d\u2019\u00e9querres VENUS COAT. Alors que les t\u00eates standards sont con\u00e7ues pour des d\u00e9bits plus faibles, ces unit\u00e9s VENUS COAT sp\u00e9ciales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues pour stabiliser et r\u00e9partir d\u2019importants flux de polym\u00e8re autour du noyau en acier de 30″.<\/p>\n

Chaque t\u00eate est aliment\u00e9e par deux extrudeuses VEGA de la s\u00e9rie 90. R\u00e9put\u00e9es pour leurs excellentes performances de plastification, ces deux extrudeuses en tandem peuvent atteindre un d\u00e9bit maximal de 2 200 kg\/h de PE 100, offrant ainsi une marge op\u00e9rationnelle essentielle pour maintenir le d\u00e9bit requis de 1 800 kg\/h avec une stabilit\u00e9 totale. Cette approche modulaire pr\u00e9sente des avantages significatifs par rapport \u00e0 une seule extrudeuse de grande capacit\u00e9 de 2 000 kg\/h :<\/p>\n

Performance et gestion <\/strong>: la configuration double offre une homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de fusion sup\u00e9rieure et un contr\u00f4le plus pr\u00e9cis du processus de plastification, garantissant une production plus stable m\u00eame \u00e0 des d\u00e9bits \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Maintenance et pi\u00e8ces de rechange :<\/strong> La standardisation sur le mod\u00e8le VEGA 90 r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts et la complexit\u00e9 de gestion des pi\u00e8ces de rechange. Il est bien plus \u00e9conomique et simple d’entretenir un parc de machines standardis\u00e9es qu’une extrudeuse unique de tr\u00e8s grande capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Polyvalence et ROI :<\/strong> Alors qu’une extrudeuse unique de 2 000 kg\/h est souvent trop sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e pour d’autres applications, les unit\u00e9s VEGA 90 sont extr\u00eamement polyvalentes. Une fois le projet de pipeline termin\u00e9, ces extrudeuses peuvent \u00eatre facilement r\u00e9affect\u00e9es \u00e0 des lignes de production standard, garantissant un retour sur investissement (ROI) nettement sup\u00e9rieur et une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 industrielle \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n
